Haani Ul Hasnain
Haani’s early dreams of flight and space saw him through to completing his studies in Aero-Space Engineering at Kingston University Surrey. His studies took him to Russia learning from cosmonauts and visiting the International Space Station manufacturing facilities.
After graduating with Distinction, it was the lure of running a business that brought him ‘back to earth’ and into his father’s company. Working from the ground-up, Haani immersed himself into the business, simultaneously continuing his studies, learning Spanish, completing the Institute of Directors Certificate Program in Company Direction and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Development at Teesside University (little did he know then, he would join the University’s Board a few years later), going on to complete his Master’s in Business Administration at Durham University.
Haani’s involvement in building high performing teams transformed the company named after him, growing it from 40 to 130 employees, becoming CEO at the age of 27, growing the business to a multimillion pound turnover and selling in 30 countries.
Leaving the company he helped transform in 2009, Haani was in demand for guidance and support for others in business. The demand saw the birth of Harmonised World – Training, Advisory & Investments. He now dedicates his time between learning, mentoring and investing in people and businesses through Harmonised World.
